Mr. Kushman joins Counsel Financial as Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives & Financial Operations, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in financial operations, risk management, raising equity capital and debt financing. At Counsel Financial, Mr. Kushman will focus on optimizing Counsel Financial’s capital structure by overseeing internal financial operations and will be responsible for building relationships with current and prospective strategic partners and clients.
